I am so excited about this pineapple chart. Pineapples symbolize welcome. The pineapple chart is intended to encourage INFORMAL staff collaboration. Put your chart up in your work room or teacher's lounge and watch it fill up. We are surrounded with the best resources possible--TEACHERS. All you have to do is write a time and short description on the calendar and interested peers can pop in and check it out. it is not a formal observation, just fun! You can also use the "in search of" pineapples to request lessons that you would like to see. Do any of you have a pineapple chart or something similar at your school?
